Appointment Policies
Booking Appointments
• All appointments must be booked online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to stylist availability.
• A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.
Confirmation
• Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Automated reminders will be sent via email or text.
Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be modified to fit the remaining time.
• Arriving 15 minutes or later without prior notice may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Redo Policy
• Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days. We will happily provide adjustments at no additional charge.
Consultations
• For new clients, a consultation is required for certain services such as extensions, color corrections, or bridal styling.
Children Policy
• To ensure a relaxing experience for all clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless they have a scheduled appointment.
Payment Policies
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Tips are greatly appreciated and can be made via cash or added to card payments.
• All payments are due at the time of service.
Product Purchases
Retail Returns
• Unused, unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• All sales are final on clearance or promotional items.
Cleanliness and Sanitation
• Our salon adheres to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients and staff.
• We kindly ask clients to reschedule if they are feeling unwell.
Privacy Policy
• Your personal information will only be used for booking purposes and salon communications. We do not share your information with third parties.
Special Requests
• Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific requests prior to your service.
• For bridal or large group bookings, contact us directly for customized packages.
